In the midst of hot weather, at 60 Vu Trong Khanh at 9:45 a.m. on May 31, a dramatic campaign to “overthrow the throne” between Seafood World Chef and King Beluga took place.
Dubbed the king who ruled the river since the Jurassic period, the King Beluga weighs 60kg – THE BIGGEST WEIGHT FROM THE BEGINNING OF THE YEAR that the World Seafood has sliced.
Chef Pham Ba Ha – The captain with more than 20 years of conquering giant seafood, used sharp “swords” to go straight through each thick and firm muscle, making king Beluga completely defeated.
To share the joy of winner, Chef Ha directly cooked the famous purple onion mixed fish for diners. In addition, Chef Ha is also dedicated to sharing how to make this delicious dish at home, so that anyone who owns a “trophy” from King Beluga can cook it by themselves.
After the end of the campaign, not only adults shake hands happily and but even small children smiled brightly to celebrate the successful “insurrection”.
